These are the base prices of my commissions which does not include the additional prices of extra charges like excessive details, creating an oc from scratch, etc. These prices do not include commercial fee for illustrations.All prices are in USD

TERMS OF SERVICE

Illustrations TOS
✿ I am able to refuse any commission I'm not comfortable with/think I will not be able to do.-------- PAYMENT✿ I will only accept Paypal for payment. I WILL SEND AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT.
- For illustrations, they must be paid in full in the designated set time, except for Live2d Models.
- Payment will be required in a 7 day time frame, if failure to pay I will skip you and move onto the next person.
- Payment is the determination for the queue in commissions. The quicker you pay, the quicker you get into the queue.
- I will start commissions after a 5-7 day waiting period after payment.
- By paying the invoice, and agreeing to the TERMS OF SERVICE, you agree with my TERMS OF SERVICE.--------RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE✿ I will have the rights to the commission/artwork and will be able to use it however I want (when plausible).
- I will be able to: Use it for print, electronic, and/or book publications, personal portfolios, or post it whenever and wherever I want.
- However, the commissioner can still post/use it on their socials or character websites with credit, or use it in Rps or pfps, etc. Credit is required. (Unless agreed otherwise, this is the tos for commissioner use of the artwork). If it is an oc, the commissioner will still have rights to their own oc.✿ All commissions/artworks are not for commercial use. Only for non-commercial use only.
- Trying to make money off of my work in any way will be against the terms and service and will be considered Copyright Infringement.
- My commissions/artworks cannot be used by other people/the commissioner to create products, prints, promote services, people or brands.
- Removing watermarks/signatures will be considered copyright infringement.
- Non-commercial artwork will have a watermark on them at all times, and credit is required if posting the artwork.
- Advertising using the artwork without consent is commercial use.✿ For commercial use, please email [email protected] . They will start at a 300% price increase of the original commission type.
- You are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork when you pay for it for commercial use.
- The commissioned artwork can be used in commercial purposes after purchase.
- Credit is still required for the artwork, even if altered or edited.-------- Art✿ Making new OC's from scratch will start at a $250-$500++ increase for consultation and oc building. Includes live2d models.✿ Changes to the artwork:
- Changes during the sketch and parts of the rendering phase is free of charge.
- Changes I find difficult to change (redoing complicated rendering, a whole pose, clothes etc.) will be charged extra.✿ If you want a faster commission/ and/ or skip the queue, a %1000 price increase will be added to the price.✿ refunds/cancelling
- No refunds or cancelling payment after starting the commission.
- Refunds will be accepted before I start the commission, ASK ME FOR THE REFUND FIRST SO I CAN REFUND IT. No charge backs or it will render your refund invalid and you will then be blacklisted from me and blocked.--------AI/NFTS✿ My works shall not be made into NFTS(even if it is commercial use), or similar programs or ideas and may not be used for AI generation.✿ You are not allowed to use my art for AI art generators or the likes/similar programs or ideas.✿If you want to make an NFT/ai picture out of my art, you will need to pay up to 50,000%+ of the original artwork price and have my consent(via contract) to allow it.
live 2d TOS
✿ I don't do the rigging, only the art.✿ Privacy fee for me to not work on your model on stream will be 15% of the total price.✿Payment is half upfront, and then the rest of the payment when I start cutting. You will not get the full model file until I'm finished cutting and there will be a "unauthorized to use" watermark until the whole model is finished. I can accept payment in full.✿ If you're getting a portrait/halfbody of a live2d commission from me you will get 15% off to upgrade after your model is rigged and has passed 6 months after finishing the final product. So if you get a halfbody, and want to upgrade to a fullbody later on, you will only be charge with the difference and get 15% off the total price.✿ Making new OC's from scratch will start at a $250-$500(or more) increase for consultation and oc building. Includes live2d models.✿ You are allowed to resell your model if no longer in use✿Commercial use falls under my live2d models, you can use the model however you want.✿ If there is an actual problem with the model, let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue.✿I will do extra cutting/rendering for free if your rigger needs parts separated still.
